Warranty Terms and Conditions

Haenim’s Product is warranted against defects in manufacturing materials and workmanship for a period of 12 or 24 months (refer to the warranty period list below), commencing on the date of purchase. At Haenim Singapore’s option, we may repair or replace part/s that is/are determined to be defective by our technical team and is/are covered by this warranty.

In case of manufacturing defects and no other reasons, customers are entitled for a refund within the first 7 days of purchase, or a 1-to-1 exchange within the first 30 days of purchase.

What is covered in your warranty:

UV Sterilizer

  1. 2 years warranty – 4G+ Smart Classic UV Sterilizer 
  2. 2 years warranty – 3G+ Smart View UV Sterilizer
  3. 1 year warranty – M1 MiNi UV Sterilizer
  4. Remarks: Extended to 5 years warranty for UVC-LED effective 1 JANUARY 2021.

Breast Pump

  1. 2 years warranty – NexusFit 7X Breast Pump
  2. 1 year warranty – NexusFit 7V+ Breast Pump.

This warranty is subject to the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. This warranty is valid for products purchased from the authorised sellers in Singapore only, and the Product is not eligible for any international warranty service. Warranty service may only be performed by a Haenim SG authorised service centre
  2. This warranty is available to the customer named. It is not transferable, negotiable, or assignable to a third party.
  3. his Warranty must be register on our website: https://haenim.sg/warranty-registration within thirty (30) days from date of purchase. Failure to do so may result in warranty being void.
  4. For warranty services, please bring your Haenim products together with Warranty Registration confirmation and Original Receipt to Haenim Singapore.

Warranty is NULL & VOID in the following cases:

  1. Failure to present Original Receipt & Warranty Registration confirmation.
  2. Failure to provide complete info in the Online Warranty Registration Form
  3. If the Warranty Registration confirmation is altered or defaced in any manner whatsoever.
  4. If the Warranty Registration is not received by Haenim Singapore within thirty (30) days from the purchase date.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  1. Wear & tear.
  2. Use other than accordance with the instruction manual.
  3. Unauthorised disassembly, repair, alteration or modifications.
  4. Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accident howsoever caused.
  5. Rough Handling.
  6. Overflowing of liquid into the set (wet hands or dripping wet bottles).

The warranty does not cover (for UV STERILIZER)

  1. UV LAMP, it is recommended to change every 12 months. (3G, 4G)
  2. Power cord.
  3. Trays and accessories.

The warranty does not cover (for Breast Pump)

  1. Accessories & Power adaptor.
  2. Warranty is void when milk backflow (water found) into the machine or mishandling is suspected.

Warranty starts on WHICHEVER is later:

  1. Date of Purchase based on original receipt.
  2. Date of Receipt for online purchase.
  3. To extend warranty by Baby’s Date of Birth [not more than 6 months from date of purchase].

Kindly update your Baby’s Date of birth on this website to extend your warranty. Please take note that you still have to show the birth certificate when claiming for free repair under warranty.

Product Repair:

  1. For repair beyond warranty period, there will be a fee of $120 for assessment and repair. Charges exclude spare parts.
  2. All repairs are to be done at Haenim service centre. There will be no home servicing. If required, the charges for collection/delivery to Haenim service centre are $30 x 2 = $60.
  3. 3 months warranty is available for serviced unit for the same fault.

Product Repair (Oversea):

  1. Product that is not currently sold locally by authorised resellers (such personal carry-on, direct purchase overseas) can be repaired at your cost, provided it is repairable, required parts and expertise are available. In addition:
  2. Haenim SG have the sole discretion on whether to accept the Product for repair after they evaluate the Product. The cost of evaluation and transport if any shall be borne by you.
  3. Repair costs may be higher due to parts cost and logistics.
  4. Repair time may be longer
  5. Detailed cost & estimated repair time may be obtained at authorised service centres.
  6. If there is severe difference, in terms of product specification and other factors such as bandwidth, voltage, software etc, repair is not available.
  7. No warranty will be given after the repair.
